Really? In any industrial dispute, some strike, some work. Not everyone agreed with the strike (check again the voting results). Scabs is a horrible word and is offensive to me, even though I have no skin in this dispute (except I fly BA)
And in any case only just over half the MF crew are even members of the union and eligible to strike. The rest can't even if they want to. There will be dispute about how many union members are or aren't striking but BA still have 80 spare MF crew for the tiny number of mixed fleet flights still to report tonight.
Anyone who has been in CRC or operated over the strike periods know the reality of the situation about numbers striking.
