QR also managed to take out the ILS at MIA last year when they took off from an intersection, having planned to take off from the end of the runway.

Forgot they used to have other planes just knew it wasn't the A380.

Yeah the A345 at MEL was actually a write-off. To prevent a hull loss they ferried it at FL100 back to France for repairs. Weren't able to pressurise
