They're indeed nice. Better than what you can get from Pullmans and some Sofitels. I would say it's an improvement from the old range, (e.g. the lotion) similarly stressing on fair trade ingredients etc.

Talking of toiletries, The Mercure Ginza Tokyo uses its own range of toiletries from Paris, Omnisens . The white tea range is a refreshingly different from the crappy toiletries from Mercures.
