Another question occurred to me, does anyone know what the fee will be to reserve a seat 48 hours before departure when using the basic economy fare? The rules indicate advance seat selection can be purchased 48 hours before departure. I'm curious about the cost because I'm wondering if it wouldn't bring the basic economy fare right back up to the normal economy fare range.
