I finally have enough points (120,000) to travel Toronto-Honolulu with my sister in Business class.
I'm planning way ahead so I plan to redeem my aeroplan points in the next 7 days or so, for a trip in one year from now. I'm really flexible with times and days as long as the trip is 17 days as planned.

I'm honestly quite new at this aeroplan redemption game. Should I use AC business class or United business class to Hawaii. Does it really even matter?

Are there any snags or nasty fee surprises I might not be aware of?

I would appreciate any help as I plan this as my trip of a lifetime.
