~2 weeks ago decided to join the club and ordered the AY+ co-branded Diners Club card. A week ago got an e-mail from DC that my application has been approved and shortly I'll receive a message with guidance on how to select my PIN code.
A week went by and nothing, so today I called DC to ask if all is fine with my application. They said yes, but they are still waiting for AY to let them know the tier I'm at.
So my conclusion, is that the mess with the points you guys are in, is probably due to AY's brilliant IT...
