This is correct; if you use the On-Line check-in you
CAN'T go to Easy Check-In at the airport.
I had the problem one time of a printer problem when doing the on-line check-in and called the 800# for on-line assistance. They told me my only options were to have them un-check me in (but I'd lose my seat assignment) or stop at the counter at the airport for a reprint; Easy Check-In was
NOT an option. So I now make sure my printer is hooked up OK before attemptiong On-Line check-in..
