If anything, sometimes I have found crew movements back and forth through the cabin to be more noticeable than the movement of any Y pax.
The noise in J usually comes from J. I am not even talking about crying babies or FAs here. When coffin seats, or studio pods were still around on 777HD, I met a group of business travellers getting a bit too exciting about coming home after a short business trip to YVR. Basically, they didn't shut up until breakfast was served (that was on AC156). I consider this to be annoying. A Y pax discreetly walking to the front to use the Lav? As long as s/he doesn't loudly talking about their business plan along the way for 3 hours, I am ok with it.
