I fly Y more often than J, usually sitting at the front of the Y cabin and I walk all the way back to the rear washroom if I need to go.
I have never found the traffic from Y to be of any measurable significance, and never noisy any of my flights.. Must be back luck on your flights I guess.........

If anything, sometimes I have found crew movements back and forth through the cabin to be more noticeable than the movement of any Y pax.
