I tried that, but it said not in the system. I just checked USPS site though, and it says it just got to Philadelphia this morning and is delayed, with no new delivery. So it looks like it got stuck somewhere for a couple days. Kind of scary with all the personal information that's on the application. Should get to the processing center soon hopefully.
