If you're really that elitist you should be flying private and not having to share the same air (oh gawd, the horror) as economy class travelers.
No issue with people using the front lav. Issue is the traffic and noise in the J cabin. I don't think its elitist to want peace, quiet and tranquility in the J cabin.
I fly Y more often than J, usually sitting at the front of the Y cabin and I walk all the way back to the rear washroom if I need to go.
