That's a good time to be at HEL. The narrow terminal shouldn't be busy, so you can walk fast. Should be no queues to passport control, either. JFK pax are through already, as are most if not all LHR pax. Might leave the odd narrowbody non-Schengen to coincide with your departure time, but that's not a problem.
Try to check your boarding gate as soon as possible and if it has a letter in it, prepare to walk superfast to your bus gate. Might be a jetbridge, though, since your plane should be out before the incoming Asian wave hits.
