. When they serve meals, both aisles will be blocked. I am sure we all know how long it takes to serve meals on a full 773.
On a 77W (and only the 40J has this issue), there shouldn't be a very long time where a passenger in front of the forward-most lavatory would have both aisles blocked with carts.
The issue is more on a narrow-body, where there's simply no way to get around the cart when it's out.
