On December 29th I ordered the Briggs & Riley Baseline Domestic Carry-on Expandable Upright, model U122CX.

What I actually received today (January 19th) was model U122CXSP-4, the one with spinner wheels.
Called Aeroplan and they gave me an aimia.com email address to send my "complaint" to, upon which aimia will "launch an investigation" into "my allegations".
What are the chances I will get the suitcase I ordered in time for my next trip, Jan 30?
