Hermitage Bay is incredible. Great atmosphere, intimate and private, incredible food, great service and overall experience. Probably my favorite "adults" Caribbean hotel.

La Samana has a great beach, the food is good, but not incredible.

If Jamaica, Goldeneye blows away Jamaica Inn, especially the food, rooms, romance, etc. Take a lagoon room and disappear for a few days.
