That may well be the approach he is following. But
Tafflyer was suggesting we shouldn't be fixated on Mr Cruz.
As I see it, if a CEO doesn't have an opinion, is simply a "Yes" man, is incapable of considering alternative options to achieve a Group goal or blind to the impact decisions are having on the brand and customers, then in my opinion that's even more reason to personally attack him.
