Why is everybody so personally fixated on Alex Cruz. He is merely rigidly following the path given him by his masters. I think he's doing it rather well.

It's not the person but the goal which we should be attacking. BA is and should remain a premium brand and this is clearly counter to the goal of IAG.

I stopped flying Vueling after just one flight and I have now all but stopped flying BA compared to a few years ago. This is the only way to do it. Money talks. Not my measly 30K per year but everybody elses all combined.
