A very interesting article indeed, I know my impression of BA and its modus operandi has certainly diminished over the last 18 months or so. To Fly. To Scrooge. Perhaps someone should buy Mr Cruz a copy of Dickens' A Christmas Carol so he can learn the lesson of Scrooge?
