It might be worth compiling a 'New to MH' thread, with a helpful WIKI to address regularly asked questions.

The 'How can I reserve seats' question, is asked almost weekly either through the MH Forum, or the BA/PFD Forum where people first saw the fare they booked (I know, because I've asked it in the past!).

A Sticky which was entitled as suggested, might help.
