Harbour Island - amazing beach and atmosphere, excellent restaurants and several nice places to stay (Dunmore, Rock House). It would give you a totally different feel than Dorado and Mukul - having stayed at many of the hotels mentioned above, I personally would not go to so many splashy destination resorts in a row, as it would just force me to compare them and detract from my enjoyment of each.
