Rudest staff - has to be AKL International - ever try changing flights if delayed, asking for better seat etc

Best staff - home port of MEL, but the lounge needs an update and gets a bit crowded - there is NO computer and I think only 3 phone plugs for laptop plug-ins. CHC international also gets a bit crowded and the coffee machine is closed for cleaning seemingly all day, every day...anyone ever used it?
