I pretty much get these weekly when I try to use instruments on IAH-EWR or EWR-IAH. Or really on most other routes I fly. I have 22 itineraries booked and exactly 0 of them have any R availability. And I have not cleared an RPU 6 out of the last 7 times. At least 5 times in a row now where I have had the XPU redeposited and then applied to yo another flight months from now. Kirby is doing what he does best. It isn't lost on me that this pattern started in October of last year.
