I guess you are starting from PEK or PVG?
Previously when this was spotted in another threat I did a check and noted that Business-J and Business-C has the same price EXCEPT Business-J is fully flexible i.e. you can rebook reroute and no-show for free, but Business-C only gives you free rebook, reroute and no-show will incur charge
