I just flew from o'hare to lga on united flight 682 on a new aircraft. It had the strangest seat numbering and was wondering if there was any explanation for this.
It went from row 1-2 then 6-8 skippin row 9 and then jumped from row 11 to row 20 or something like that. I should've written it down exactly, but it really made no sense.
i could understand if it was maybe an older plane and they refit the rows or something, but this looked pretty new.
Any thoughts for this?
UA has standardized on narrowbody row 7 being the coach bulkhead, and rows 20-21 being the emergency exit rows.
This? You were on an A319, most delivered 1997-2006. So not very new.
