Horrible, horrible. I didn't check the alarm clock the night I got into a hotel in CT at 2 in the morning after a transatlantic flight. I was thrilled to be woken at 4.30.

If you have to revisit this hotel, could you unplug the cellphone battery? That saves you having to deal with foreign cellphone menus.
