A revenue ticket which is upgraded with avios (a UuA) does not incur a change fee. It is an upgrade rather than a change.

For a redemption booking there is no equivalent upgrade with avios option. You are changing the booking from a J reward to an F reward. There is a change fee of £35 per person to pay.
