I rational for the question was based off of how happy we are to get a 752 on a non p.s. domestic flight and since the aircraft is subject to change up until the last minute and flat beds are not guaranteed on domestic flights. I was wondering if there was a market for them on domestic flights, even if not used specifically for sleeping.
I think most people would pay extra for it, but not enough extra for most domestic flights to make up for the reduction in seats. Airlines are going to either have a tiny F cabin or lose a lot of Y seats to install flatbeds on most of their planes....How would that even work on a CR9 or even a 737?
