Could someone please shed lights on how to find the JL Yokoso ticket online?

I was trying to use the
(1) booking reference/flight number/travelling date/name
(2) my JMB to retrieve booking
(3) Four digits JL domestic Reservation Number
Nothing worked

Any idea how to dig it out? Thanks
