Can you share which LQ properties have evening receptions? I never would have expected any LQ to have that if you hadn't mentioned it.

I just stayed in one at Sioux Falls, SD that had an evening reception. I know I've had a few others as well, but I can't remember them off the top of my head. It's usually the newer (and typically more expensive) ones.
