I doubt there is much more than a nominal value to stuff from the 80s and 90s, but that said... might as well pass it along to someone who would enjoy it. I'd put it all up on ebay and charge a few bucks to cover the cost of shipping and the hassle of actually packing/mailing it, and put it in the hands of someone who would appreciate it.

I have a small collection of railway timetables and other knick-knacks consisting mainly of stuff I was given a kid, and I really appreciated it all. Perhaps there's a budding young airline memorabilia collector who would love to get his hands on your collection.
