Thanks for your responses! I ended up using the Cabana for most of the 4-hr block anyways, so it was not an issue. It is surprising in this day and age that Quintessentially really uses a paper notebook for their reservations.

Despite the warnings, I did not find the Cabanas to be that bad (notwithstanding the periodic drain gurgling). I was able to rest and order food in the Cabana, so ended up spending little time in the main CCR lounge areas.
