Added SNA to the Wiki. There was PreCheck signage in the central security screening area, but it was closed.

TSA's website says it's there, but the schedule page doesn't list the airport.

The URLs in the Wiki are also severely outdated. The #XX anchors only now provide search terms, and the participating airports page does not list hours anymore. I have updated one link to go to the proper page to find the schedule.
