Forget about rebooking the ticket - not worth the high costs. There is no way LH will allow you to change the ticket with out change fee + upfare as long as MCT at FRA is complied with.

A very sound advice. ^ The OP will be one of the first to deplane in FRA and since he knows the airport, he can go to transfer security quickly (which is unfortunately needed if arriving or departing from a B gate). If he has less than 30 mins before departure he can use fast lanes for security. It is very likely that the OP will make the connection.
