This morning, I was booking a room, and the first results page returned a list of hotels. The first hotel showed a rate of $82 per night, discounted from $94. the first rate listed showed "HHonors Discount NONREFUNDABLE".

I clicked "Book a Room" to select this hotel since it is my preferred hotel in the area.

The next page showed an error saying "The requested rate is unavailable. Please select from available rates below."

The HHonors Discount Rate shown was $92, reduced from $94 and was shown as refundable.

Back on the landing page, all of the Hampton Inns in the area show the HHonors Discount rate as non-refundable.

Is this a new enhancement for 2017?
