I flew JFK-NRT once a few months ago on ANA. Even with its new C seats I do not think they are more comfortable than UA's. In terms of service, many FTers here would rate ANA much higher than UA, but I am an exception. I do not feel treated as special as a 1K member on UA flights. ANA's meal service, to me, is also just at the same level as UA C cabin service.
