Based on my previous experience, "reserved" means that the ticket is pending ticket issuance. Generally it will takes a few hours (depending on whether it has been passed on for issuance) for the ticketing department to issue the ticket and charge your credit card.
If you don't see it issued within 24 hours (that is, status changed to confirmed), you probably may want to give them a call to check it out. If there are any issues with the ticket issuance (such as charging to credit card), they should call you for further clarification.
