Sign into Avios.com (same log in as your AerClub) and then under your account chose the option Transfer Avios to / from British Airways or Iberia - then enter your log in details for BA and chose the option to transfer to BA. Enter how many you want to move and confirm. They should then appear in your BA account in a few minutes.

There is no way to do this directly from the AerClub pages. The only link I have found is spend your Avios and this opens the Avios page and requires you to sign into Avios.
