Caribbean Airlines from Tobago to Trinidad and then American Airlines to Miami.

My question is how much connection time will we need at POS airport?

Will we have to exit a domestic terminal and then go through security etc to enter an international terminal, and how long will all that take, is 2 hours from arrival (13:40) to departure (15:40) safe? Expect to be hand luggage only.
