Starters

Loch fyne kinglas smoked salmon with tartare sauce, watercress panna cotta and Oscietra caviar

Spiced chickpea cakes caponata vegetables, carrot puree with tomato sponge and orange thyme dressing

Cep veloute with tarragon crème fraiche

Fresh seasonal salad with a choice of classic extra virgin olive oil dressing or blue cheese dressing


Main

Seared fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef with pearl barley arancini, cauliflower puree, root vegetables and madeira jus

Roasted Haddock fillet, salt haddock brandard, mushy pea croquette, curried cauliflower with caper and tomato sauce

Lamb rogan josh with jeera pilau, spiced spinach, cumin potatoes and raita

Penne pasta with sundried tomato pesto cream sauce, artichoke and bocconcini

Main course salad of warm Lebanese style chicken, chargrilled vegetables, moutabel, chickpea and lentil salad with lemon vinaigrette
