My guess is that in the next day or two they'll push back the curtain by 2 rows, so you'll be offered rows 4/5. Alternatively at some point they may release row 1 to you, perhaps at OLCI.
Excellent info [as usual] - day and a half before OLCI, they added row 4 and opened [some of] row 1.
