Sorry if this is a dumb question, but my girlfriend who is a Russian citizen was granted a Schengen visa from Greece for 1 year and I was wondering if it was necessary for her to travel exactly on the visa start date. The embassy required proof of paid flights and accommodations before they would grant a visa. Is it okay to travel weeks or even months after the visa start date?
