I had gotten 3x points twice on test $10 payments in October and on my full mortgage in on October 27th and November 27th charges. Plastiq was able to fix the issue for me. Their engineer reached out to the payment processer. Then the next payment looked good. It took a month and multiple follow-ups through chat to get this resolved but hopefully now they will be able to resolve for others also.
