The idea of this scares me with United's technology.

They have enough trouble handling tickets that cross state lines or timezones within the United States. I can't imagine trying to get them to charge some fee in something other than their base currency and them actually getting it right.

Much more than a simple Economy ticket IAH-AUS, and you're stressing their computers.
