So Citibank only gives the welcome offer if the client has not had or have the card within the past 12 months. I'm a bit confused about the 12 month period. If I had cancelled the card recently but my last bonus was like 2-3 years ago, am I eligible for the bonus again? Or the cancellation reset the 12 month clock ? thx
