You should at least have 2 cards.

I would suggest
~Sapphire reserve 3x Travel/Dining

Than get an
~Freedom unlimited for 1.5x all spending.

Reserves annual fee is really only $150 after the travel credit and you can get that as an retention offer. Freedom unlimited doesn't have an annual fee.
