With regard to the above is flying trough US air space an issue?

Of course I'll pack my one-month supply in my carry-on luggage, original boxes, labelled, with prescription and MJ permit from dispensary.

I will be taking it in leaf form. Will also travel in summer so snow/ice diversion of plane to US not likely.

Should I really worry about the US air space issue?
