No idea if she wants to go to RBI in AMD or what but it seems the customs form is being stamped for OCI holders too. Or perhaps they felt sorry for her having to wait for so long and stamped it. No idea.
Hope it works but the current RBI stance is that OCI's are not allowed to deposit. Please update re. whether she is able to deposit .
