Hi,
We are flying IB MAD- MIA next week. Website says people with disabilities requiring assistance cannot check in on line.
We arrive in MAD the night before our flight (separate ticket).
Can we go to a service desk at the airport and check in the day before when 24 hr check is open or do we have to wait until check in desk for our flight opens on the day of our flight?
