But it sure still stinks how ONE-SIDED this whole VX thing has been - they're so worried about losing them, what about being worried about losing some of us?
It more than stinks - its profoundly offensive how the airline I have been deeply loyal to has completely abandoned any interest in my loyalty at all. Its amazing.
