That means international terminal. ATL has two ends: landside domestic and landside international. If you're arriving in ATL from an international destination, your bags will come out at the baggage claim in the international terminal, domestic arrivals go to the domestic terminal.
Once you're past security, there is no difference between the two. Concourses A-F are equally accessible. Since you're on an international flight, the system will show you as departing from the international terminal, even though you don't technically have to check in there for DL international flights. It's probably easier to though, since most international flights department from E/F.
